More exposure through Mobile Billboard Advertising

How do you describe a mobile billboard?  Well as most of you already know what a regular billboard is, a mobile billboard is exactly the same thing, except it is moving or mobile.

You can see it in various forms.  You can see it in advertising trucks San Diego, or vehicles built specifically to carry billboards around.

Why are there a lot of businesses using this type of advertising to get their message to the consumers?  I have some unique insights I am going to share that I have gained from running my own San Diego mobile billboards company.

First let’s talk about what it is going to cost you.  Mobile billboard rates are actually very comparable if not better than your traditional outdoor media such as traditional billboards.

With its rates being very cheap comparably if not better, there is something else that tilts it in it’s favor.  Actual impressions or exposure to the consumers.

Compared to the traditional billboards that a customer could just go by it without noticing.  But the way a mobile billboard displays it’s message, it is more effective.And the way it is able to do that is by being in the consumer’s face.  You can’t just drive by it.It is stuck with you in traffic right at eye level

This is powerful.A prospect who is caught in traffic with an advertisement staring at them in the face can’t be turned off.

That is a huge problem that traditional advertising such as TV or radio faces.With Tivo and satellite radio that many consumers have, a person could virtually never see or hear a commercial.

So opting to go with mobile billboards gives the advertiser the ability to have their message read and impressed upon the consumer’s mind.

If you are a business who is looking to build brand recognition, what better way could there be than a bold and beautiful full color display of your ad.It speaks loudly for attention.And when your prospect doesn’t have anything else to do in traffic, you really don’t need to scream as loud as other forms of advertising.

With a lot of businesses struggling because of the economy, using mobile ads might be just the trick they need to save their business.More leads and more sales are going to happen by using this type of advertising. 

You are going to get exposure.You are practically ensured of having your ad read.What else could an advertiser want.

You can see that it is effective by the fact that many businesses are now using it to advertise.  In 2004 alone, there was over $5.8 billion used on this type of advertising.With all kinds of money being spent, it must be effective.

So for businesses looking for a shot in the arm for more customers, this might be the ticket they are looking for.
