There is also a great keywords research tool on http://www.ispionage.com that works very well indeed. This tool searches for keywords in a huge keywords database, that updates daily, based on actual keywords searches.
This way provides a large list from which you can choose the desired keywords, and then clean the, group them and create adgroups for your campaign, which can be further created using the same tool.
